Are my prints going to look like the picture on my computer?
Actually, they will look better. When we print your photos, we use the high-resolution versions of the photos stored with your account. As a result, your printed photos should appear cleaner and more colorful than what you see on your monitor. Whenever you select a photo for a print or product, we will let you know if that photo is of high enough resolution to produce a good result. What does the yellow triangle mean? In your cart you may notice a yellow triangle next to one or more of the photo sizes. This is a warning that print quality at that size may not be as good. To avoid ordering a low quality print, we recommend that you do not order a print size when a yellow triangle appears next to it. What resolution do I need for good quality reprints of my digital photos? View our Photo Resolution page. Can I order reprints in a 'matt' finish? No, not at this time. All prints and enlargements are printed with a 'gloss' finish. |
